Your footwork is very impressive, especially for someone your age. It shows a great understanding of how to position yourself for success. One area to focus on is showing your glove earlier in the process. By presenting your glove sooner, you’ll make your actions smoother and more fluid, allowing for quicker transitions from fielding to throwing.
Work on getting your glove out in front earlier to give you a better chance at securing the ball cleanly. This small adjustment will help you react more efficiently and improve your overall fielding performance.
Keep up the great work, and with a little more refinement in glove presentation, you’ll continue to develop into a reliable and skilled infielder. Great job overall!

Your mechanics are looking great—excellent load, smooth swing, and a strong rotation through your backside. You're doing a great job staying in sync throughout your swing, which is key for consistency and power.
The biggest adjustment to work on is keeping your head on the baseball longer. Right now, you’re pulling your head off the ball a bit too early, which can affect your ability to track the pitch and make solid, consistent contact. Focus on staying locked in on the ball all the way through your swing, maintaining good eye contact as the ball travels into the hitting zone. This will help improve your timing and ensure you're staying through the ball for a longer, more powerful contact point.
Incorporate drills that emphasize head and eye discipline, like focusing on tracking the ball during tee work or using soft toss where you really focus on following the ball all the way to contact. Keep up the great work—you're very close to fine-tuning this last detail for even better results!
