Great job with your mechanics and balance point—you're showing a strong, consistent foundation. Coach Rick mentioned that you’re doing a great job of working top to bottom, which creates a really good angle. Your downhill motion off the mound is effective and deceptive, making it more difficult for hitters to pick up the ball. Everything is working well in terms of creating that top-to-bottom movement.
One area to focus on for improvement is getting more extension toward the catcher with your front side. As you drive through your delivery, make sure to get your front elbow up to help increase your extension and follow-through. This will not only improve the velocity and movement of your pitches but also make your delivery even more deceptive, keeping hitters off balance.
Keep building on these strengths, and by making this small adjustment with your front side, you'll continue to improve and add more consistency to your pitching. Great work—you're on the right track!

Good job with your load—it’s looking solid. One thing to keep in mind is not getting too far back in your load, which can cause your arms to bar out and make your swing less efficient. Make sure to keep your hands in a more controlled position so you can rotate through the ball with more power and precision.
Another key area to focus on is keeping your head down through contact. This will help you track the ball better and improve your ability to make solid contact. Remember, your contact points are important. When you hit off your front foot, you're aiming for the ball to go to right field, and about 6 inches in front of that contact point, you're aiming for center field. This will help you stay in the hitting zone longer and improve your consistency.
With these adjustments, your swing will become even more fluid and effective. Keep working on these details, and you’ll continue to improve your overall approach at the plate. Great job!
