You’re doing an excellent job with your mechanics and maintaining a solid balance point—great work! One area to focus on is getting down the mound more consistently. By driving further toward the plate and extending fully through the catcher with each pitch, you’ll maximize your power and command. The pitches where you achieved full extension resulted in quality strikes with impressive movement, showing the potential of what you can do when this aspect is executed well.
Your changeup mechanics are also very strong. However, make sure you maintain the same arm speed and delivery as your fastball when throwing the changeup. Slowing down your motion can tip off hitters, so focus on staying fluid and confident while letting the grip and release create the speed differential.
Keep building on these strengths, and with these refinements, your performance will continue to improve. You’re on the right track—great work!

Your mechanics are solid overall, but the biggest area for improvement is staying loose and relaxed throughout your swing. Right now, you’re a little tight, which is limiting your ability to fully rotate your backside. When your backside isn’t able to rotate all the way through, it affects your ability to extend through the ball and can lead to more rollovers.
Focus on staying loose and allowing your backside to rotate fully as you swing. This will give you more extension toward centerfield, keeping your bat in the hitting zone longer and generating more power. By staying relaxed and letting your rotation flow naturally, you’ll reduce the likelihood of spinning off the ball and increase your consistency and contact quality.
Drills like slow-motion swings or focusing on backside rotation can help reinforce this smoother, more fluid swing. Keep working on staying loose, and you’ll see noticeable improvements in your swing and ability to drive the ball!
